How we handle your data.

This policy covers the only personal data Anselis collects: what you send us through the contact form. No tracking, no profiles, no resale.

Who is responsible

Anselis (the data controller) operates the website at anselis.com. You can reach us at contact@anselis.com for any privacy-related request.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, the message, and your company name if you choose to share it. We also log your IP address briefly to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

To read your message and reply. Nothing else. We do not send marketing emails, we do not enrich your profile, and we do not share your data with anyone outside the recipients listed below.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by submitting the form with the consent checkbox ticked. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@anselis.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then delete it. IP addresses used for rate limiting are discarded within 24 hours.

Who else sees it

Two service providers process the data on our behalf: Resend (email delivery, United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and Vercel (hosting, EU region). They do not use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data, or object to its processing. Email contact@anselis.com and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Spain, that is the AEPD (aepd.es).

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and aggregate by design — no identifier is stored on your device. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing; these are exempt from consent under Spanish LSSI-CE art. 22.2. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
